The room was spectacular! The views were the same! Spring Break so it was jumping... I came to relax and that was what we did! Two master bedrooms, balcony off of the living room as well as the larger bedroom! Fully stocked with cooking supplies including a KitchenAid Mixer! The room was also equipped with beach chairs and everything you need to enjoy the ocean! For your down time there are plenty of games for the family!
Absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to anything you need (bars, bus stops, restaurants, grocery stores), indoor assigned parking. The unit we stayed in had all the beach gear you’d need complimentary. Definitely 10/10 would recommend these condos!
It's a very cute and comfortable place. You have restaurants, bars, fast food, and a CVS pharmacy all in walking distance. The beach is right there as well with little shops. The noise level wasn't too bad, but it does get noisy because of the bar across the road, so if you want peace and quiet, then not the place for you, but the bar does serve some great food and you can watch the games and do karaoke. They also have live bands on certain nights. The owner of the place also has ear plugs that you can wear if it gets too bad. The owner also left us a bottle of champagne, oatmeal, and some popcorn, which was super sweet of them to do and make our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.
#52 is excellent. Clean, nice view, well tended, basic amenities provided. The ONLY drawback is the nightclub nearby is loud on the weekends & easily heard through closed doors/windows until about 2am. In spite of this I would totally use this rental again.
Can walk to some super restaurants. The beach is clean and family friendly. Pleasant neighbors. Love watching the sun set. Walked out to the end of the pier and watched the dolphins go by. Walk down Garnet for all tbe little shops and restaurants and drinking places. Wouldn't stay any where else. Most of the tenants are over 50. We love it!
Deep in the heart of Pacific Beach, you can park your car in their garage and walk to countless restaurants and bars. There is a CVS across the street and a Ralph's half a block away. This is a very busy part of town but the noise was not a problem at our 1st floor waterfront Condo. Some how, all our guests were able to park on the same block. I wouldn't count on that... Great sunsets and beach access.
I had a wonderful view of Pacific Beach! My entire suite was super clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The building is super close to fun eateries - Donut Bar, Baked Bear, and Breakfast Republic, to name a few. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would be happy to use the premises again!
The worst check in process after hours we've ever been though. Security guard was useless and really no help except to give us check in package and send off to find the condo at night, dark, and unfamiliar area Condo was nice( a little run down) but great views and close to shops. Just get there before they close the front desk
